From 29 to 30 August 2024, the Faculty of Environmental Protection in Velenje hosted the second partner meeting of the Erasmus+ project EDU4PlastiCircular. During two working days, partners from four countries – Romania, Spain, Italy and Slovenia – reviewed the project’s current results and planned future activities to promote a circular economy in the use of plastics.
In addition to interesting discussions, the partners had a closer look at some of the educational and research activities of the faculty, visited the teaching laboratory and the guest exhibition “No way, are we throwing things away; On destructive habits and better practices”.
The meeting further strengthened the commitment to sustainability and the circular economy and also outlined the possibilities for further networking and cooperation in both project work and teaching activities.
