In addition to the Ministry of Defence (State Secretary Rudi Medved), the SAF (Colonel Igor \u0160epec, Lieutenant Colonel Nina Raduha), the local community (Mayor of the Municipality of Postojna Igor Marenti\u010d) and the Envit company (Dr. Domen Le\u0161tan), the Faculty of Environmental Protection (<strong>Assoc. Prof. Dr. Samar Al Sayegh Petkov\u0161ek<\/strong>) also participated in the consultation.<\/p>\n<p>Al Sayegh Petkov\u0161ek presented the purpose and objectives of the CRP project &#8220;<em><strong>Environmental and Natural Disaster Risks in the Areas of Operations of the Slovenian Armed Forces&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>, the activities so far, the work plan for 2024 and mentioned past research on the environmental impacts of military activities in the area of the Po\u010dek military training ground.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery galleryid-22927 gallery-columns-7
